HOTEL IN THE FOREST, FOREST IN THE HOTEL

All facilities and rooms in the Partizán **** Hotel have been furnished with the concept of ‘Hotel in the Forest, Forest in the Hotel’ in mind. The hotel has a stylish congress centre and a new NATURE Wellness Centre (2255 sq. m), which meets all requirements of a modern wellness facility. Oursports and entertainment centre and the night bar Limbus provide great opportunities for excellent entertainment in the afternoon and night hours. Our guests may use bowling lanes, billiards, table football, play darts or enjoy a variety of drinks in the stylish bar and spontaneous disco entertainment. Asports hallmay provide enjoyable leisure time for teams (squash, volleyball, basketball, table tennis). Gourmets will delight their taste buds with excellent gastronomy in three restaurants. You can conduct your business meetings in ourCognac, Rum & Cigar Club. Our hotel is well known for its stylish accommodation. You can easily organise your teambuilding events on extensive grounds with a natural swimming pool and a nearby golf course.
 

HISTORY

Partizán Hotel was opened in 1961 as a part of the Interhotely Ružomberok company. Since 1992, the hotel has been owned by Kičfamily.

PARTIZÁN **** HOTEL, its staff and Kičfamily always make every efforts to surprise their guests with something new. In 2002, the hotel lobby with reception desk was renovated. A new entertainment centreLimbus and a restaurant Tálska Bašta that had been built on the site of a previously burnt down traditional restaurant were constructed in 2006.

So far, the most extensive renovation was completed in 2011. New rooms and suites, a congress centre, anda wellness centrewith an area of 1760 sq. mwere added,and the hotel restaurant was expanded.

Another renovations and reconstructions were conducted in the year 2015. We expanded our existing wellness area bythe so-called Sunny SPA adding another 500 sq. m. Accommodation standard was increased by reconstruction of 18 rooms in the northern wing. A new Cigar &Cognac Club was created, and capacity of the hotel restaurant was expanded. Our clients can relax and enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and nature from a new panoramic terrace. The favourite restaurant Tálska Bašta was equipped with a new kitchen, including state-of-the-art technologies and facilities, all rooms were supplied with air-conditioning and ecological heating by a heat pump.

On October 15th and 16th, I spent a working weekendat your hotel that was yet very nice and pleasant. Beautiful surroundings and excellent food probably go without saying for a hotel with a certain number of stars. But I would like to highlight two things:
- the food was really great, and there was plenty of it;
- fantastic service in every corner of the hotel;the staff was very professional and warm, and I was impressed by the great teamwork.

Give credit where the credit is due – then everything looks very easy/simple.
